Day Visitors
Members of the public are welcome to use our Libraries on a once-off basis, or for a few visits. This includes qualified researchers visiting to consult specialist research collections.
Please present your ID document (with photograph) at Library Reception whenever you visit the Library.
You will be required to sign the Guest Register.
The entrance fee of R60 per day allows you access only to the Library at which you paid.

Visiting our Special Collections
Bona fide researchers wishing to consult our research collections may do so free of charge by arrangement with the head of the relevant section of the Libraries.
